I created this blog to keep track of my journey to losing weight.
I am 5’10”. 210 pounds. I’m on the border of obesity, and I’d like to lose 60 pounds by November.
I emotionally eat. I have been emotionally eating since my ex and I broke up back in June 2 years ago. I gained 30 pounds, and then put on another 10 after that. I’ve been trying to lose all of the weight but I can’t find the motivation. I changed my diet and haven’t been eating as much as I was. Or if I feel the need to binge I eat fruits or vegetables. I just want to lose this weight so I can feel confident, and love myself.
